Tetrafluoride has excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance, insulation, cleanliness and other good characteristics, so it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food and many other fields, known as the "king of plastics". Ptfe has strong corrosion resistance, only the molten alkali metal and high temperature, high pressure elements such as fluorine and a few other elements to it. Tetrafluorin does not absorb water, is not affected by oxygen, uv weather resistance is good, in outdoor exposure for 3 years, the tensile strength almost remains unchanged, only the elongation has decreased. Because tetrafluorin is easy to produce cold flow and creep phenomenon under pressure and high temperature, it is very suitable for sealing parts with strong corrosion at low pressure and low temperature or medium temperature or where pollution is not allowed. Tetrafluoride has good mechanical strength between -100℃ and 100℃ and can be processed into different shapes of tetrafluoride products. It can also be used in combination with other materials such as tetrafluoride coated gasket, winding gasket, or as a layer of metal gasket, such as metal toothed composite gasket and metal wave-toothed composite gasket
1. Strong acid and alkali resistance, almost all chemical media, except molten alkali metal and element fluorine.
2. Outstanding insulation performance, good aging resistance and weather resistance.
3. Low friction coefficient, not easy to bond, easy installation and disassembly
4. The product is clean and can be used in food, medicine and other sealed parts that are not allowed to be polluted
5. High mechanical strength, turning performance is easy to process into different sealing products.
5. Low linear expansion coefficient, easy to produce creep or stress relaxation phenomenon at high temperature of cold flow after compression, not suitable for high temperature and high pressure parts.
